More than 400 college students at Mindoro State University (MinSU) who did not receive cash assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) will receive ₱4,000 each from Provincial Government through Governor Humerlito "Bonz" Dolor.
The announcement was made during a gathering at the University Quadrangle, held as part of MinSU’s 4th Anniversary celebration, March 12, 2025.
In his speech, Governor Dolor addressed the crowd and asked students who had not received assistance from DSWD in the past three months to come forward. All eligible students then proceeded to the MMC Quadrangle, where they were enlisted to receive the promised financial aid.
Each student is set to receive ₱4,000, providing a timely boost to support their academic needs.
