The Citizen's Charter is the University's official guide to its frontline services. For each service it lists, step by step, the requirements, the fees to be paid, the processing time and the person responsible.
Republic Act No. 11032, the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, requires every government office to set out its most current service standards in a Citizen's Charter and to post it on its website and at the main entrance of its offices.
It will be shown here as soon as it is published.
