The MinSU Human Resource Development Office presents a Faculty Development Seminar on May 15, 2026, at the Administration Building Conference Hall.
The seminar focuses on three key areas: Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) implementation, flexible learning strategies for the post-pandemic classroom, and the responsible integration of AI tools in teaching and assessment.
Resource speakers include Dr. Maria Lourdes Tan from the University of the Philippines on OBE best practices, Prof. James Villanueva from De La Salle University on flexible learning innovations, and Dr. Mark Chen from the Asian Institute of Management on AI in education.
All full-time and part-time faculty members are required to attend. The seminar carries 8 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units. Registration is through the HRDO by May 8, 2026.
