Mindoro State University is pleased to announce the opening of enrollment for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026. New students, transferees, and returning students are encouraged to visit the Registrar's Office at any of the university's seven campuses to begin the enrollment process.
Online enrollment is also available through the MinSU Student Portal. Applicants must prepare the following requirements: completed application form, transcript of records or Form 138, certificate of good moral character, PSA birth certificate, and two recent 2×2 ID photos.
Enrollment is open from February 25 to March 15, 2026. Late enrollment will be accepted until March 22, 2026, with the corresponding late enrollment fee.
